Egencia app good for
Easy to use, but I need to change the currency and its not working
I love the new look and particularly the hotel search is very handy when you are on the go a lot!
Loved the interface .. Very responsive design. Great job by Expedia people
If you booked your trip in Egencia, this app makes it super easy to keep track of flight updates and hotel addresses. And when you get stuck, customer service is 1 tap away.
I found it very easy to navigate and book my travel items. Nice app.
App is more minimalist than desktop but it has the right to be useful when traveling. Got push notification that my flight was delayed.
Some bad moments
Last week I tried to import my travel in the app, it did not find any.
Today I wanted to book a train ticket, its not possible through the app.
Honestly have the apple watch functionality is far from being a priority at this stage.
There is a major bug when trying to open the date on flit schedule...the interface closes itself when you hit the field.
Once I sign in, I can momentarily see my itinerary until the app crashes. It is of no use at all.
A joke of an app
Doesnt even let you sign up for it once you download, it asks for username and password.
It seems you need to contact their sales team thru their site to gain access
Avoid it
When booking using the Egencia website, the app itinerary does not update. A call to customer support is required. ( this telephone call was not needed for the prior versions ).
When trying to book on an ipad the mobile site doesnt let you book, just shows you trips and not all trips. On the app it keeps saying your session has ended and tap to continue then you cant so you have to go do it from a computer on the full website which is tricky when travelling. The links to go to the full site from the app and the mobile site dont work.
