Horrible service good app

The egencia app is great. The egencia organization from a service perspective is horrible.

Eg - last Sunday I called them to help me because I got caught in an accident on the way to the airport. They suggested that I pay 2K to sleep overnight in the New Jersey airport... come on, thats brutal. The boss provided a better alternative to fly the next day - but they forgot to update the hotel reservation, and they didnt want to pay the cancellation cost they incurred. So I spent 3 days checking into different hotels and constantly repacking my luggage every morning.

Got a new iphone about Egencia, v4.4.2
