Too many steps to book tickets an hotels. Hotel info,I.e., smoking ??? Not clear
When trying to book on an ipad the mobile site doesnt let you book, just shows you trips and not all trips. On the app it keeps saying your session has ended and tap to continue then you cant so you have to go do it from a computer on the full website which is tricky when travelling. The links to go to the full site from the app and the mobile site dont work.

App is more minimalist than desktop but it has the right to be useful when traveling. Got push notification that my flight was delayed.
Why cant we simply have the functionality of the full website ? Not able to book flights, car...still

Im able to book my business Travel easily and very quickly from wherever I am, thanks to the Egencia app.
Super app but would be helpful if you could sort hotels by availability.
I actually like this app enough that I sought out the "rate" link so I could review it. Its easy to use, and so helpful when you spend any amount of your life living on the road. Nice work, Egencia!
1. If you use the app to check in for a flight, and then switch screens for even a micro-second to grab your passport details, frequent flyer number, or other info, it terminates the entire check-in process costing you several precious minutes of re-work and hassle - shame on you for letting a bug like that slide through QA! 2. The trips screens doesnt even auto refresh to show you your current trips. Overall Egencia provides no real value over sites like Kayak. Better flight options are often not even listed by Egencia. I think they exist survive only because theyve convinced corporate bean counters that somehow they employers save money. They dont.
When you compare this to the full site, it comes up hard to use, awkward. (The full site is not to great, either). Esthetically ok, limited usefulness.
Two stars because 1 1/2 dont exist...You get airline & hotel booking - thats it (yeah - no car rental...) Big beautiful images of cities for each trip- but if you have weeks of trips pre-planned with multiple stops: happy hunting (how about a small, 2-line summary instead - then you can fit 4-6 trips on a screen vs 1-2?) If you book a series of one-way flights / multi-city trip - each one becomes a separate itinerary - no way to link them...lots of emails to colleagues if you want to share... Hotel chooser tolerable at best: you can either see ALL hotels on a moveable map - or the hotel you selected centered in a static, unscaleable map - no details - just a happy red flag...Cmon folks: its 2016... Our company previously used OrbitzForBusiness - and while the app wasnt pretty (basic text on white background) - you had fairly robust booking tools...Id have given Orbitz 3 1/2 stars... 5 star reviews should be reserved for "outstanding / best in class" apps - which this is not and are clearly paid reviews PS Ive been traveling for work (previously field service - and now sales) for 25+ years...back before mobile phones - much less smart phones...

This app is horrible. With a perfect internet connection I cannot enter my local airport in shanghai it always comes back with check your internet connection.
No multi leg booking ; constant timeouts ; horrible sorting and filtering, and slooooowwww; awful nonsensical UI. its like a 1980s version of a travel app, if such a thing could exist, but worse. Absolute garbage through and through. Forced to use this by our company, who somehow dont use concur like most sane travel departments.
It is unintuitive and difficult to use. I get old notifications but no obvious way of getting rid of them - no ability to get status of my current booking - no useful links - more focused on booking and providing information. Difficult navigation.
