I use egencia for work and I rather book directly with the airline and hotel. If you flight gets canceled due to weather its a hassle to get a refund on the hotel. Their customer service is horrible as well.

My husband travels a lot, and this is the only way we can keep up with all of the itinerary changes. When trying to plan future events, this app lets us know his availability. A real asset, an one we couldnt do without!

Maybe even better than the website.

We started using egencia services since it seems making flight and hotel arrangements is to much work for our office admin. The good- you get alot of notifications about upcoming trips. The mobile app is pretty easy to use. The bad- you will find better rates by going directly to the airline or hotel. Using another similar service like Travelocity gets you better rates. Forget about using egencia for booking another service due to cancelations its a hassle of its own.

This app is very useful on the go while traveling. I love the way it integrates with my calendar. I experimented with booking a hotel through Egencias app while in the hotel lobby, then walked right to the registration desk and they already had me in their system. Amazing!

Very easy for booking air and hotels but is lacking car rental. Please add to complete business travel booking experience.

App works fine. Assistance is fast but would love to book single way tickets

The app has gotten a lot better, but I dont understand why it still is not possible to tap on the flight and show a flight tracking map view. The to/from airport text currently doesnt do anything, so why shouldnt it toggle the map.

The app is barely useful. It has very small text and does not allow you to increase the zoom so you can actually read what is presented. It has limited functionality. You can book a flight or a hotel trying to do them together is miserable. Trying to rent a car, I have been u able to accomplish. It looks pretty but that is about it.

I like the app itself but how come there is no option to rent a car? Its on the full site but kind of strange for it not to be on app...

While it does give all info and texts alerts the speed is extremely disappointing. I find myself counting the little loading squares waiting for the information on my trip or alerts to finally load so I can see them. Just now I got up to 45 before I finally gave up and went to search for an email with my trip info. I miss trip case.

After download requires re-logging. Blocked account after one wrong password.

I enjoyed the convenience of using your app! I will definitely continue to use it when I travel.

Love the "assist me" feature! With one touch of the button I have access to help when I need it! Handy for those curve balls thrown while traveling.

I love this app! My company uses it for booking travel. I have had many on the go hiccups and needed to make changes to my reservations. I did them directly in the app or used the Assist Me option and got a call right away. Excellent app. Great customer service.
