Without being able to rent a car from the app it is pretty useless. 9 out of 10 times I get a hotel or flight I will need a car and now I will have to get on the full site for the car. Might as well do it all from the full site if I have to go there anyway.

My company uses Egencia for booking travel and this is a great extension of their website. They have a feature where an agent will call you back and already know your name and your itinerary before you even say hello. Beautiful interface, beautiful app.

Mobile App cant book rental car? Airfare/Hotel only. You cant see your trips that are in pending approval status. Search filters are weak. Hotel map shows you a three block radius with no ability to zoom out. My company recently moved from Concur to Egencia. Im not happy about the switch.

Things are sufficient for the most part, but: • Id like a less confusing way to view hotel details during trips. • Swiping between different cards of a trip sometimes gets stuck. • How do I see past trips?

Easy to use, accurate and organized. I would highly recommend all road warriors to join in.

This app has improved, but still isnt worth the space on your phone, even if you have plenty. Egencia/Expedia should take a look at the team that turned concur and other apps from halfway there projects into truly useful travel tools. If I have to pull out a laptop to use it, its not worth my time.

Not really intuitive. Id rather pull up the website.

Im using this app for a year and it has improved a lot. Earlier I observed many issues related to response time, performance, check-in issues etc...now most of those are taken care of and its an excellent app.

I use this app weekly. Its so easy to use, especially when Im on the go!

This website has been foisted upon me by my employer. Just returned from a trip where because I booked the hotels through this site, I dont get credit for my stays through the hotels benefits program. I also live in Atlanta, home of Delta Airlines, you know the one that will fly me anywhere in the world and is 30 minutes from my house. Good luck finding any Delta flights that arent out of policy. If given the choice, Id never use this app. It would be nice if the company took into account where you reside and adjusted their policies to accommodate their direct customers.

I cant add legs of my trip that havent been created by Egencia. Eg a hotel or tickets to an event. This app is useless as a travel companion.

Egencia makes flights and hotels more expensive and when theres a problem, you cant work with the airline to resolve it. They say its great, but when you call on a Sunday morning because theres a problem, you have to wait on hold for 25 minutes just to get an agent.

Difficult to navigate, cancels flights last minute, no points are received on reward programs such as delta due to their booking practices and it is not approver friendly. Worst decision our company has made.

The program is slow to load and update on the IPhone. I literally will take over a minute plus to Load or update. Love the features and access to information but a time waster when you need it quickly.

I can get prices on AA.com but not via this app, for the same flights. It just times out. Very frustrated. Update 10 mins later - I successfully booked using the full site.

There are 100s of travel booking apps that do it better. Amp up the functionality or just shut down your mobile app altogether.

This app is good for keeping track of travel. It is nice that you can book hotels but flights cannot be booked on the app which is a bit disappointing.

Good graphics, clear information and easy to navigate.

I love this app but my flight Notifications are not working as expected. I dont know what changed but I havent been able to get my flight related notifications for the last few trips. Please fix. Otherwise love the app. Very intuitive design!
