In heavy travel Use case, app is invaluable for knowing where, when and how I travel.

Lagging way behind

Perfect tool!

Currently, I cannot make or manage vehicle reservations in the app, which makes it less useful for making all of my travel arrangements. Means I have to use the full site to stay within my companys travel policy.

Its a one way road when it comes to the app. Not user friendly.

Clumsy, difficult to use, non-intuitive.

My flight was delayed, however this app didnt alert me until I had already landed from my delayed flight. Also, the address on where to return the rental car were horribly wrong. It took me to the wrong side of town and needs to be updated.

I had to go to the full site to cancel a reservation - thats just wrong. Why have the app if I cant add and cancel easily?

Ive used this app for work going on a year and so not impressed. Sometimes I cant book my rental car and sometimes I can. Very quirky. I can normally get a cheaper deal directly with the airline, hotel and rental car agency. Besides, there are booking fees which is annoying. If I wasnt forced to use this for work, I wouldnt.

Ive seen the evolution of this. Each time I travel theres a new feature which is helpful. Overall its easier than other systems Ive used. Love the direction features and the hotel shopping.

Cant believe this is the same company that has the website... Which is stuck in 1990!!! The iPad app is a breeze. Very few apps do iPad as well as these guys. I dont use it often but when I do my booking I am always using the iPad or iPhone app. Good job. Although I wish I could easily book for my travelers but I guess I will keep logging as them. And cars please.....

Exactly what I needed

Mobile app does not provide all data and actions available on full site app. Unacceptable. Check out Concur. Much better.

Looks fine, but almost never updated when flight is delayed. Impossible to book flight, impossible to book trains in China.. forget in this current version

Kind of like their company. Does not update accurately when flight change or delayed. Update to calendar are nearly unreadable due to clutter. Cant handle time zones. If I could find another travel agency for company travel I would

This app is great when it works! Love the Uber and transit options as well as the new hotel booking design. Dare I call that "near perfect" ? Now why are the push notifications and air check in not working? I would think such fundamentals of a travel as app should be be working like a well oiled machine.

Having everything in one spot is a good idea. But, this app doesnt allow a lot of user control. Alerts pop up and I cant simply delete the alerts. The most I can do with the app is look at info. Everything else is cumbersome.

iPad and iPhone mobile apps dont show all hotel room options. I have to log on my laptop to see all hotel room options. For example, on the iPad app a hotel only shows the option for a room with two double beds, but when I log in on my PC there is also an option for a room with one king bed. This makes the mobile apps USELESS to me because I can never be sure if Im seeing all the options. I have to get out my laptop, boot it up and log in every time I need to book a trip and this is far less convenient and VERY FRUSTRATING!
