This is the first time I have used the mobile app, as I typically use the web-based app from my work laptop. It was super fast & easy to find my hotel and book it. I will probably choose the mobile app in the future, since it was so easy to use.

I could bring up the flights, but the site couldnt price them and produced an error message 4 consecutive times. I had to call Egencia, and after 30 min on the phone, they produced a reservation that was triple the price I finally booked in the delta site.

The service fees are extensive. Booking flights is frustrating due to one price given and then another HIGHER fare shown once you select a flight. Overall, disappointed. Liked Orbitz much better.

Pulled the app up and booked the airport hotel during my 5 minute walk. They had my reservation and it was cheaper then what they were quoting at the front desk!!! No need to pull out the laptop and find a connection. Easy...

Poor service. Not always accurate. Messed up bookings.

The app is okay, but the service is amazing! Couldnt be happier.

I strongly dislike using the service. The app could make it tolerable if it were well designed, which unfortunately it is not.

Id have given it 5 stars, but I dont like that I cant save or access my boarding pass. Otherwise its quick and easy to use, and tells me if it doesnt think what Im looking at is apart of company policy.

This app is pretty good! It notifies me of delays, so if youre not getting them then get a new phone. It allows me access to all the conveniences.
